Retrospect Resilience began the moment Mike, the owner and mechanic of Retrospect Repairs & Restorations, realized the extent of the demand for general repair services in his community. Rather than grow his single business, he is seeking to grow the community's capability and capacity for repair by helping generate more repair businesses.

We are a new nonprofit, obtaining 501(c)(3) status in June of 2025.  We are seeking:

- Individuals seeking to learn a wide variety of practical, technical skills

- Individuals that support our mission and can serve on its board of directors

- Donations of tools (especially hand tools)

- Donations of repairable items

- Volunteers to help with disassembly operations, organizing reuse/recycling materials, and marketing and social media

To learn more, contact Mike (see below).
